Grizz Essentials delivers the most unique and awesome Grizz loot shipped straight to your front door (or sometimes in your mailbox!) Every month you will receive a different package of various Grizz gear. This may include an item of apparel, artwork, posters, prints, decorations, small items, etc. Each package is hand picked BY Grizz fans FOR Grizz fans! We won’t send out anything we wouldn’t like oursleves! The amount of items you will receive each month will also vary depending on the value of each item. For example, some months you might just get two grizz tshirts, but the value of two shirts are at least worth $50 or more. The items you get may come from our own design team, other local grizz businesses, licensed items from various sources, or it might be a mix of everything. Another example, some months you might get a hat, painting, and tumbler. But the value of the items include will always be more than the cost of the package. The packaging of the items each month may also vary. For example, one month your items might be shipped in a poly bag, whereas another month they will arrive in a box. It just depends on what items we offer for that time. We try to post updates on social media and through email for sneak peaks and what some of the items will be, so be sure to follow us! Grizz Essentials boxes can be expected to be delivered towards the end of each month. Exact shipping dates may vary based on the delivery of the products we include in each box. You will recieve an email once your box has shipped! There might be a rare occasion where a product is late arriving to us, and then the shipping may be delayed, and we will get it out to you as soon as possible. If you get re-billed for the next month, before you have received your package from the previous month, you will still get each box.

There are various payment methods such as a month-to-month recurring plan, 3 or 6 months, or even a one time payment option to get Grizz Essentials for a year.

Shipping is included in your Grizz Essentials price to all residents within the United States. For all other International customers, Grizz Essentials offers 19.99 flat rate shipping.

The items in your box are hand picked by long time, avid Grizz fans who are proud to be apart of Grizz Nation. We also have a panel of other Grizz fans that give us suggestions and feedback. We strive to find awesome and unique Grizz loot that we would love ourselves. You can gift 1, 3, 6, OR 12 months of boxes from Grizz Essentials to anyone you’d like! Here’s how it works: you select the subscription length for the lucky recipient and place your order. Please note, these “gift” packages ship at the same time as our regular boxes, which is towards the end of the month (the exact date varies depending on when we get the items from our distributors) and will contain a label on the outside of the package with our company info, identifying it is from “Grizz Essentials” (sorry, we are required to do that) So we suggest keeping an eye out for the delivery person if this gift is a complete surprise! 

We are a monthly subscription box service, and we use a monthly subscription box service website that works automatically. The initial payment is captured when you sign up, and you will receive the box according to the day of the month you signed up, and depending on when the cut off was for that months box.  For example, if you sign up on March 17, and our cut off to receive the March box is March 19, you would receive the March box. If you sign up after the cut off day for the month, say for example, you signed up on March 21, you would not receive the March box, but instead you would receive the April box. And you would not be billed twice. The system is set up so you will only be paying for the upcoming or current month, depending on when the cut off day is to receive that month. If you sign up for the month to month automatic renewal, then the future payments will be processed on the last day of every month, which pay for the following months of boxes. For example, when you get billed on March 30, that payment is going towards the upcoming April box. Each box ships sometime around the end of the month. Just log into your account on our website to cancel your subscription at any time to stop automatic payments. If you sign up for a gift, that will be a one time only purchase and one time only charge. If you have a gift and want to sign up for the subscription, just come back on our website and order! If you chose the 3, or 6 month plan, or the 12 month plan, you will pay once for that entire monthly period. When this period is over, you will be re-billed for the next duration of the plan you selected. For example, if you signed up for a 3 month subscription, you will pay once for those 3 months. When the 3 months is over, you will be re-billed for the next 3 months. Just log in to your account to make any payment changes.

YES!! We are a monthly subscription service. The system we use is set up to auto-renew on the last day of the month, until you cancel it yourself! We do not personally store your personal information, and do not have personal access to it or the ability to renew your account personally. Everything is saved through the system we use (cratejoy) and this system will automatically renew your subscription, until you go in and cancel. You can easily cancel by logging into your account, and there are no cancellation fees or hurdles! Your subscription is auto-set to renew at the first of every month! You can do this by logging into your Grizz Essentials account and changing your payment information within your account.

While we hate to see you go, you can definitely cancel at any time! Our website is set up through a subscription box service, so you just log in to your account, look for the section labeled “Your subscription” and click edit. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “cancel subscription.” Send us an email to info@grizzessentials.comt if you need help. No hurdles, no worries. We’ll be right here if you need us again!

So if this month was not a winner for you, we hope you love everything included in the next months package! If you have a defective or damaged product, we will replace your product free of charge to you. If we are out of stock in that product, we will refund you, or replace the item with something else, depending on stock.

Grizz Essentials packages ship out once a month, every month. The exact ship date will vary, and that is because some items might be coming from various vendors, and we have not received those items ourselves. As soon as everything arrives to us, we pack it all up and ship it out to you! You will receive an email as soon as your package has shipped. Sometimes however, we have to wait a little bit longer than we would like for a certain awesome Grizz item to arrive to us, and unfortunately this might happen after the re-billing date has occurred. You will still get that months box, and the month that you just got charged for. You wont be missing anything, you just might have to wait a few more days for that box! Patience young grasshopper!
